Hip Pop does not charge any shipping fee for non-subscription orders to be delivered within the Mainland UK if the order value is £20 or higher, otherwise, a flat fee of £3.99 is charged. Shipping of non-subscription orders outside of mainland UK (Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands) incurs a flat fee of £6.99. All subscription orders are shipped free of charge whether within or outside of Mainland UK.

The shipping threshold applies to drinkhippop.com and hippopcbd.com individually and therefore purchases cannot be combined across these two sites to benefit from free shipping at this time. We are continuing to work with our partners to give better value to our customers.

Our orders are shipped via Evri and normally delivered within 3-4 business days. In other cases due to extremely high demand or seasonal holidays, please allow a few extra days for delivery. However, most of the time, you will receive your items much earlier.
